Assessing the level of risk is a key methodology that enables a working solution that will satisfy the legislative requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (2005), The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and the Housing Act 1985.
It is the responsibility of the person managing premises to ensure that a fire risk assessment has been carried out and that the resultant actions have been implemented.
